Simple and Mouthwatering Peanut Butter Fudge

Hey everyone!

Hope the week's going well! Can't believe it's already over half-way done. For today, I'm focusing on a delicious fudge recipe that is so yummy and so simple - you should just follow along and make this recipe right away!

It's a peanut butter fudge, but with only 5 ingredients, it couldn't be easier - and so good! I love peanut butter, so finding another excuse to eat it is only for the best. This recipe does have some butter, but no cream or milk, so it's also lighter than a lot of different fudge recipes out there. And as usual, it only feeds 2-3 people, so make it bigger if you want more.

Here are the ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter (smooth, and not the healthy kind - for the best dessert taste)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (use real butter please!)
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • OPTIONAL: 1/4 cup chocolate chips (melt and drizzle over fudge once it's completely cooled and ready, and enjoy some chocolate and peanut butter heaven)
And the instructions are even easier than the ingredients list:
  1. Melt the butter and peanut butter together in a mug in the microwave (20-30 seconds at a time until melted), mix. (Hopefully you knew to put it in a mug and not just place it in the microwave - I'll assume you did.)
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients in with the butter/peanut butter mixture. Mix until combined.
  3. Use plastic wrap to line a bowl or container (I used a plastic container with a snap top).
  4. Pour the fudge into the prepared bowl or container, cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Cool in the refrigerator for 4 + hours. Cut up. Enjoy!

Step 4: Pour (and shape) into container/bowl

Ready to Eat!
